Spectra StarFire SG1024/SA 10pl — це високопродуктивна струменева друкована голова, з роздільною здатністю до 1000 dpi.
Є ідеальним рішенням для сольвентного та УФ широкоформатного друку.
Кожна друкувальна головка SG1024/SA має 1024 незалежних каналів, розташованих у 8 рядів на одній пластині, для роздільних здатностей до 400 точок на дюйм. Усі 1024 сопла можуть бути запущені.
StarFire™ SG1024/SA — це компактний, автономний пристрій, створений для роботи в вимогливому промисловому текстилі та інших галузях. У ньому використовуються перевірені на практиці матеріали, що забезпечують стабільну продуктивність упродовж тривалого терміну експлуатації з безперервною рециркуляцією чорнила й одноколірним режимом за 400 точок на дюйм. Обладнаний однією змінною металевою пластиною із соплами, яка розрахована на стирання й опір пошкодженням. Пристрій сумісний із сольвентним, UV і водним чорнилом чорнила.

Змінний фільтр може повторно використовувати друкувальну головку, просто замінивши фільтр.

Print Head Spectra StarFire SG1024/SA 10pl
Each SG1024/SA printhead has 1024 independent channels arranged in 8 rows in a single nozzle plate for resolutions up to 400 dpi. All 1024 nozzles can be fired.
The StarFire™ SG1024/SA is a compact, self-contained unit built to withstand demanding industrial textile and other applications. It uses field proven materials to deliver consistent output over a long service life with continuous ink recirculation and single color operation at 400 dots-per-inch. Equipped with a single replaceable metal nozzle plate that is designed to withstand abrasion and resist damage. The unit is compatible with solvent, UV-curable and aqueous ink formulations.
Features:
1. Durable nozzle material
The material structure for the StarFire 1024 nozzle is entirety steel design. With this design it will be more durable and can greatly prolonged the print heads ueing life.
2. Printhead heating function
Printhead heating function can guarantee the constant ink temperature, thus improving the stability of continuous printing.
3. Printhead ciculation function
The printhead circulation function can eliminate the bubble in the ink, then avoid the ink shortage appearing.
4. Component separation
The printhead can be disassemble, only need to replace the broken part instead of the whole printhead, thus greatly reducing the cost.
5. Replaceable filter
Replaceable filter can reuse the printhead simply by replacing a filter.
This is the original Spectra StarFire print head and it carries the manufacturer product warranty.
